Return & Refund Policy

At TT Creative Studio, all items are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom orders once production has begun.

Please review all design proofs, spelling, dates, photos, and order details carefully before approving your order. Approved designs cannot be refunded due to customer-approved errors.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at orders@ttcreativestudiollc.com with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide a replacement if necessary.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if design work has not started.
